Estimated Delivery Times
We estimate delivery times at the following but they may vary:
- 3-5 working days for UK Orders
- 12-14 working days for International Orders (sometimes longer for far reaching countries such as Australia and Asia)
UK Orders are posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class and we dispatch 3 times a week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
International Orders are posted via Royal Mail International Tracked.
All orders are aimed to be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Minimum spend on the shop is £5.
Due to various Parcels not arriving we cannot dispatch to Europe, Mexico, Brazil and South Africa. This list of countries may be updated in future.
A3 Paper Products
We no longer send A3 and large pastelmat pads internationally due to the increased cost. If you would like a quote for shipping larger paper to your country, please get in touch. We are still delivering large paper within the UK.
We are sorry to say we can no longer ship to the EU due to ongoing problems caused by Brexit. We have had parcels being rejected by customs and some simply getting lost.
If you are in the EU and would still like to place an order, please get in touch and we can send you a quote for shipping. Please note that even though we send via a tracked service and fill out the customs documentation, it still may not arrive and we are not responsible if this happens.
